Youth Manifesto

Since mid-2022, a group of young people from Germany and Italy with different personal, professional and vocational backgrounds have been discussing the most important challenges for the young generations in Europe. The project participants have focused on issues of active citizenship and developed common ideas for the Europe of the future. The most important result is the Youth Manifesto #NextGeneration with concrete proposals and demands in the areas of sustainability/climate crisis, education/participation and digitalisation/de-bureaucratisation.

The project was launched in the context of the European Year of Youth 2022: More than ever, young people's voices need to be heard. Therefore, the manifesto will also be presented more broadly in politics, science, business and civil society in the coming months.
